Congress Day 2 has kicked off with a great crowd ready to hear from advocates around the world. This morning we honour Sir Robert Martin, a dedicated advocate for intellectual disability who sadly passed away in April. #WDSC2024 #WorldDownSyndromeCongress2024

Theme 4 from self advocates: Friends and relationships. The power of close relationships and the value romantic partners and good friends. This includes the ability to be open with your sexuality and queer identity. #WDSC2024 #WorldDownSyndromeCongress2024
