We are engaging with fans from Worthing FC and Morecambe FC at today's Emirates FA Cup game, raising awareness of road safety and the dangers of drink/drug driving.

As part of our Wellbeing Month, a West Sussex company called Shorelands Sauna kindly donated a Sauna and Plunge Pool as well as their time for a day. Research shows that alternating between hot and cold temperatures can stimulate blood flow and improve circulation.
