After conducting a Safe Surgery 2020 study in Tanzania across 5 regions in 20 facilities with 1,341 caesarian deliveries, we found that ⬆️ higher adherence to the #SurgicalSafetyChecklist correlated with ⬇️ lower rates of maternal sepsis. Learn more: rdcu.be/cCe75
