Stopped by one of the Route 66 spots that I stop in every time I come through here I’ve been there for five times before. But I am now in Kingman Arizona. And that is my destination so I have once again traversed the United States to meet my goals. #Caravan #Karvan

Well, I made it to my actual destination for now. The BLM property just outside Kingman, Arizona. I spent quite a bit of time here back in the spring. Met a lot of cool people living a different kind of life. Something I can relate to. Photos and videos to come. #Caravan #Karvan

Back on BLM land in Arizona just outside of Kingman. Finally getting some of those sunsets I’ve been looking for many months to photograph again. Generator all set up charging everything up for the night. Sun’s just about down now then the coyotes come out. #Caravan #Karvan

Here are a few panoramic views. I took today of the area around my campsite. There’s not a lot out here aside from beauty. And the refuge that people leave behind when they move on. Keeping in places like this clean is all of our responsibilities. #Caravan #Karvan

From the vantage point on top of this rock pile and of the pilot itself, I took these photos. Turns out when you’re looking for beauty. You usually don’t have to travel far. This is about 30 paces from my campsite and afford a nice view of the mountains behind me. #Caravan

Man, it irks me when people think they can abuse our public lands like this. Millions of people a year visit these lands without leaving their garbage behind. Then you have a handful of bad apples that spoil the bushel. We need to fix this problem. 🤔 #Caravan #Karvan

I know you all like the photos of the pretty scenery more than the piles of garbage. So I’ll share more of those. But the piles of garbage should be a concern for us all. As these are our lands collectively. Arizona BLM can’t do it alone we need to help out where we can. #Caravan

Today was a very productive day got help. Adam Dean out finish his gazebo. Still a bit of trim and ridge cap to put on but the heavy lifting is done. Just took us a few hours and working together. There’s a lesson in that. None of us can do it alone. #Caravan #Karvan

The finished product the only thing left to do is a few lag bolts into the concrete, but all the trim is up. All the pieces are together and the gazebo is complete. I’m thankful for the opportunity to have helped out on this project.

Anytime I have to remove parts from my rig to do repairs or anything else, as a rule I like to paint the old parts that are going back on, not so much about making it look cool as it is protecting the parts. They can be hard to find on a 50 years old ride. #Caravan #Karvan

My parts came in to put everything back together. I decided to paint a little more to make sure everything matched these the finished products ready to go back on when the new parts are installed. Can’t wait to have ADAONE go back together. And purring. #Caravan #Karvan

I made it back to Meadview Arizona, where I will be for a little while, enjoying these beautiful views. This is one of my favorite places on the planet. Everything here looks so surreal. I wish the photos would do a credit. Keep your eyes peeled for more photos. #Caravan #Karvan
