We're back

Great to be back in the park today. And so many good things taking place this morning: #parkrun, Active Leeds rollerskating, Health For All Bridge Cafe, Beeston In bloom (Leeds) and one of several new local cycling groups. Cross Flatts Park - the place to be on a Saturday morning

Good morning Leeds! Saturday morning often means Parkrun for us. This photo was taken New Years Day from our local Cross Flatts parkrun A friendly 5k run every Saturday at 09:00 powered by a brilliant team of volunteers.

Sorry for the late notice but we are going to have to cancel the event this morning due to the paths in the park being extremely icy and unsafe for running.

When I started doing parkrun UK my anxiety was so bad, I wouldn’t speak to anyone Well, today I volunteered for the first time, which involved talking to lots of new people & I loved every second! Proud of how far I’ve come 😀
