Coach Cunningham is a passionate, hard-working coach, and a tremendous gentleman who teaches way more to his wrestlers than the skills and techniques of the sport. So many life-lessons are learned from those willing to listen to Coach C. A great role model to all who know him.

When Coach Cunningham's seniors "buy" into his program, the outcome is always success. Congrats to a great group of young men on your season, senior night and your bright future. Very proud of you!

A tremendous effort last night from our hockey team. Started with the introduction of our senior players, their parents & family and ended with one of the best games of the season. Left the rink feeling very proud of our players and coaches.

Congrats to Robbie - a great effort and an even greater honor being State Open Champion. We're very proud of you.

Congrats to Mike and Dylan on their Class L Titles and to our team and coaches on yet another great season. They are working hard in the wrestling room this week preparing for the State Open this weekend. I'm certain Coach Cunningham will have them ready to go.

Nothing better than being a dad (and/or grandfather). The miracle of birth is "The Best"!!!!!

It's takes "guts" and a great effort to beat a team 4-1 after losing to that same team 7 days ago by a score of 4-0. We believe in you and, better yet, "you believe in you". Keep it going.

A great afternoon/early evening yesterday @ XHS hosting the 2nd annual Hall/XHS Distance Invite. A tremendouse amount of highly qualified runners both boys and girls. Best race of the night - Robbie Cozean's hard fought victory in the 5K championship race - Incredible Effort

Thanks to Chris Stonier and Matt Conyers and the Hall H.S. track coaches for hosting the 2nd Annual Distance Invite yesterday afternoon and early evening. A great crowd on hand to witness some of top distance runners, both in and out of state, competing at the highest of levels.

So proud of this team and coaching staff for making the state tourney. Their never quit attitude, their team play and, especially, their tremendous senior leadership have made this happen. They are a fun and exciting team to watch. Good luck the rest of the way. Go Falcons!!

Many thanks to the X Lax Team for recognizing me during senior night this past Monday. Words cannot truly express my appreciation for the gift given to me by the captains. Watching the seniors with their parents/family - the thanks, love, & support clearly evident. AWESOME!!!

Congrats to our baseball team on their 10th win vs NDWH last night. A tremendous pitching performance by Brendan Lenehan, great defense and clutch hitting led the Falcs to a 4-0 victory. The team will go for its 5th win in a row tonight vs Prep @ Palmer - Senior Night!!

Winning the individual title at the Division I Tournament was about the only title that had eluded Chris Fosdick. He got it today with his 70. Fosdick also gets All-State honors. Here he is with Xavier golf coach Mike Kohs. Xavier HS Golf #ThisIsXavier
