i was meant to go to this wine tasting with Xavier Rousset ,former Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons, A Belmond Hotel chef sommelier .now owner of a number of wine bars and restaurants .I tasted some fabulous wines .my favourite organic wine Eloise 2007. Nicole Le Chêne Bleu , the wine maker , found her passion at 40🙂
