First time I’ve turned off a Manchester United game. Just can’t watch this anymore. Besides 90% of the squad that has to go, I said this last week, Bruno Fernandes isn’t good enough to lead this team. This can’t be the benchmark if we want to get back.

He’s brilliant right now still, but they can’t offer him the money he wants. Time is undefeated and it will catch up with him soon. They would be paying for the past.

I truly believe the impact a bicycle can have on a person is almost endless. Shoutout to Khaltsha Cycling Academy run by Bicycle Mayor of Cape Town going from strength to strength. It started with 1 shipping container now up to 4 with computers and Zwift set up ā¤ļø

#CTBicycleMayor today we had the pleasure of opening up our eSports Centre in #Khayelitsha to the exinity_velokhaya_cycling team to do their FTP test using Zwift Garmin South Africa . It’s important for Cycling Academies to collaborate and share resources ensuring the youth prospers.

I'm working on a documentary this year to show what African riders have had to endure for years at a shot of making it as a professional. The sport cannot stay Eurocentric if it wants to continue to grow. Self-funding to get to worlds is not a foreign concept to us.

Thanks to everyone who voted for Trump, some people we work with won’t get their medicine they need to live this week. Most regimes who caused havoc in this world were voted in by well-meaning people who couldn’t see the damage it would cause. If only there was a way to see it.

Reflecting after another great training camp with Team Novo Nordisk in Spain. I’ve been privileged to work with inspiring athletes for well over 13 years now. I find few things more fulfilling than high performance athletes, leveraging their stories and moving the needle.

If pro cycling does not attract new markets like Africa, America, Asia, it will continue to slide down in the list of attractive sports. Netflix canceling UnChained should tell you everything you need to know.

This is going to sound weird and I don’t know how to articulate it fully but I genuinely believe INEOS lack of success is their attitude towards and lack of support of women’s sport. It’s just bad karma. thetimes.com/sport/formula-…

I’ll never understand teams not making SD Worx. Lidl and Visma do all the chasing. Why do they neutralise each others attacks when one of these teams will win this race all day long.

šŸŒ Honoured to have contributed to this documentary – a powerful story that highlights Africa’s role in the future of professional cycling and why it matters. This isn’t just about sport. It’s about opportunity, representation, and showing what’s possible when given opportunity.
