Amazing work📍🌎 by Nicolas DUFOUR 👏 I personally believe this is huge! Since university regression was an ill-defined task: you optimize MSE and you end up with a mid average w/o meaning. Instead what you need to regress is a distribution; this paper solves that and very fast!

Tyler is amazing! One of the nicest people I’ve met in CV - go meet him if you are NeurIPS Conference

“Chapeau!” - as the french say - to how the Chinese science community got together and responded with such dignity to that offensive NeurIPS Conference racist slide. Solidarity is the real candle~\cite{Nostalghia_Tarkovsky} we have to protect!

Everything you love about generative models — now powered by real physics! Announcing the Genesis project — after a 24-month large-scale research collaboration involving over 20 research labs — a generative physics engine able to generate 4D dynamical worlds powered by a physics

Curious about how cities have changed in the past decade? We use MLLMs to analyse 40 million Street View images to answer this. Do you know that "juice shops became a thing in NYC" and "miles of overpasses were painted BLUE in SF"? More at→boyangdeng.com/visual-chronic… (vid ↓ w/ 🔊)
