I admire Yamini Narayanan 's work tremendously. This paper is brilliant. I highlight her work in the new Afterword in the paperback ed of Think Like A Vegan coming in 2025 and cited her in the hardback too. Her book Mother Cow, Mother India, is incredibly powerful. Read it all
