Beautiful work! A trained model based on over 1.3 million human cells (213 cell types) for the regulatory regions of gene expression. This is a great method to study transcription factors and their interactions in single-cell multi-ome (RNA and ATAC) data. Congrats Xi Fu

Incredible new spatial method! Now one can spatially examine chromatin, histone modification, RNA, and proteins of a same tissue slice! All mysteries of a cell unfolded in one experiment! πŸŽŠπŸŽ‰ Huge congrats! Yanxiang Deng Marek Bartosovic Mingyao Li

Great review! Time to explore how individuals seek rewards in maladaptive ways and why these behaviors vary from person to person.

We're incredibly excited to share our new method, Paired-Damage-seq, out Nature Methods today! This technique allows us to jointly analyze oxidative DNA damage and SSBs with RNA, all at the single-cell level (1/5). nature.com/articles/s4159…
