We must acknowledge Trainees work incredibly hard & under pressure to attain targets to progress: WBAs, logbook cases, exams, audits, presentations, publications, teaching, courses, leadership positions. They do this while on anti-social rotas & imploding social lives. #respect

Glitches, exams not uploaded, footage missing. Unfairly blaming trainees, notified 6wks after. Zero confidence in Colleges' ability to provide valid remote exam. Need serious procedural review.
