🎗️High located Rt kidney. 🎗️ Lower calyx punctured through supracostal (above 12th rib) . 🎗️Middle calyx punctured through supracostal (above 11th rib). 🎗️I was lucky enough to reach upper calyx through middle clayx and i didn't need another upper calyceal puncture 😅.
