Thrilled to share that the perovskite solar cell technology is steadily advancing! Our NUS team achieved a new record 24.35% efficient perovskite solar cells with an active area of 1 cm2. This result has been added to the Solar Cell Efficiency Table (version 62).

We introduced a new HTM, antimony-doped tin oxides (ATOx) in inverted perovskite solar cells. ATOx improves the interface's stability and minimise recombination losses in 1cm2 cell. Big congrats to Jia Li and Haoming Liang! NUS Nature Energy nature.com/articles/s4156…
