The 7th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that Indiana's gender affirming care ban, including an aiding and abetting provision, is likely constitutional. It cites Dobbs 21 times. The ruling was a divided 2-1 ruling, with the two judges being a Bush and Trump appointee.
