Shame on you Southwest Airlines with your double standard! My 15 year old was flying this morning and her bag was 1/2 a pound over weight. The passenger before was a full pound and no problem. My wife had to get yelled by her in front of the whole airport!

When asked why the person before was allowed, hen the Southwest Airlines representative responded “that was her, you are you.” she then proceeded to make them re pack several times with the same results no matter want we took out!

To top it all off, she is discussing out loud with every other passenger waiting about my wife and daughter. Disrespectful and shameful. You need to work on your staff Southwest Airlines with their double standards!!
