Fermanagh Herald reporting that FODC is quite “rich”, whilst the next day the Tyrone Herald report increase to car parking charges in Omagh. Well which is it? Council services increasing cost for users while in February we were subjected to an increase in local rates.

Today marks Victory in Europe Day 🇬🇧 On this day in 1945, World War II ended in Europe. We pause to remember the bravery, sacrifice, and resilience of those who served and those who waited at home. Let us never forget the cost of peace. We will remember them.

Looking forward to Cancer Focus Northern Ireland's Seven Summits Challenge. Definitely sounds like six too many summits, but the cause makes it worth it. I'd appreciate any donations and shares that people are willing to give for this most important of causes💪 justgiving.com/page/ben-shark…

Well, would you believe it… a Sinn Fein-run council trying to shut people up in the chamber. Pretty sure George Orwell warned us about this sort of thing.

Mark asked a simple question regarding changes to the booking system for local recycling centres. SF chose to silence him… disgraceful, spits in the face of democracy, and kills the ability of opposition Cllrs to question decisions that have been made. This should concern all.

Is this a new directive for Sinn Féin-led councils? Silencing opposition and accountability by brute force of numbers? Solidarity with Cllr Mark Ovens.
