David Haldorsen MA, ISSA-EPT-SCC-SN Good question. Itâs a slow integrative process so technically you could do it in short bouts but once you get to later in midday, youâre in the circadian dead zone. Sunlight still have positive effects but not the ones Iâm referring to here.
