Very interested at all the comments on Khamzat’s cardio, when it seemed clear to me he just learned to pace himself a bit. I think that’s a huge key to having good cardio, learning what pace you can keep for the duration of the fight.

MMA at the highest level is so cool. The smaller guys skill level is just ridiculous

One interesting thing to me is anytime grappling heavy fights are boring nobody is mad at the guy stuck on bottom 🤔
