Fantastic afternoon of family fun at the annual Chadderton Day. The day consisted of re-enactments of civil war skirmishes by the Earl of Manchester's Regiment of Foote in full costume. There was also Living History displayed

Our MYPs, Prem and Tom, are having lunch with Jim McMahon MP and students from North Chadderton. This is for the UK Youth Parliament campaign #SpillTheTea were we can all discuss free school meals for all being added to party manifestos for a future general election.

We attended Royal British Legion GM County Annual Service at All Saints & Martyrs Langley today alongside Mary-Liz Walker DL to commemorate our Armed Forces, past & present & remember the fallen. Lovely sermon from Mark Davies & standards display from RAF Air Cadets Sea Cadets & Legion 🇬🇧

Great to meet another amazing group of young students with Oldham Youth Mayor from Oldham at the start of summer school Jim McMahon MP Great Q&A secession and some thought provoking and frank conversations.

It was an absolute pleasure to be able to attend the I Love Bangladesh Inspiring Youth Awards. Those young people who were nominated should should be proud of all they do.
