Our Expression Recording Island (XRI) work is online now at Nature Biotechnology ! We found self-assembling proteins can store cellular “memories”, which is promising for recording physiological histories in cell populations across large spatial and temporal scales.

Some last work from my PhD days! We show that DLS activity is non-specific in naive mice, but decreases over days as D1 and D2 action-specific ensembles are refined throughout learning. Extra special b/c I got to team up with friends and my own brother! biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
