"Kids, and their parents, have paid enough." Coming off of a 10-day school closure for our family, this article hit home. There has to be a better way... school needs to be prioritized for kids, and we need to update health safety measures as our reality with COVID evolves.

There's truth here in the importance of just following up on your word and taking on any level of accountability. Too few people in the workplace don't do this, and/or shrink when it's time to step up.
