Ricordando Papa Francesco! I'm incredibly grateful to have met the late Holy Father on four different occasions. In 2017, he gave me the nickname: "Mr Parsley" - apparently because I was "...sprouting up in all corners of the church bringing goodness and flavour..." (true story!)
