I was patronizing a local business that is now being charged a security deposit into the 100s of dollars just 'cause . Entirely outrageous. I don't know how the PSC allowed this .

Baltimore ended the first half of 2022 with 179 homicides, the worst first half of a year on record (since 1970). Baltimore just ended the first half of 2025 with 68 homicides, which is the fewest on record. That’s a 62 percent drop from 2022-2025
