The body and the bat have a line of rotation. Get your body inside of the bats' line of rotation and deliver the barrel from that position. That is inside of the ball, not the hands pulling forward inside the ball, but the body rotating inside the bat puts the bat inside the ball

Front arm bar !! The killer of all swings 😂 we shouldn’t be teaching it out of hitter, learn why and how the best do it. Also, watch that front foot post contact! Why? Why does it do this??

Core and back pull ➡️ Back elbow gets pulled down ➡️ Because the core and back is pulling, space is maintained for a few frames between the back elbow and back hip

When it’s a million degrees outside all summer, you hit wiffle balls into the curtains. Mom and the dog are not fond of this training.

Coach Passion Showcasing your work is maybe the most important. I highly encourage people to share concisely written case studies or write-ups highlighting the improvements their hitters made + how they got there. Major plus if training data in included (Blast, HitTrax, etc)

Coach Passion Networking is huge too. Definitely recommend going to hitting/baseball conventions and being vulnerable and meeting people, attending “hot stove” type meetups, and even cold emailing/DMing prominent coaches asking for advice.
