Looks like massive buff for adc, much bigger impact now.

With new changes to adc items. I can see a problem where adcs have too much movement speed and kiting potential, which allows for them to be even stronger on solo lanes. Also having ghost on adc, with all this movement speed and then lvl 15 zephyr. Will be crazy.

I believe that performance based LP gain would solve a LOT of issue in league. Like if you win and perform really good you get bonus LP, if you lose and perform really bad you lose extra LP. This way people would be less likely to int or run it down and force 15 min ffs

With adc items getting nerfed, its time to play adc on supp with lethality again. Feels good and people just can't play against it for some reason xd
