Women working in such places and those with long commutes learn to "hold" until they get home or to a usable toilet at the risk of their health. There is also a rising incidence of UTIs among working women.

Creche, daycare, feeding rooms, accessible and clean toilets are important for working women across the class spectrum. It's time we stopped envisioning only males as workers. It's time we incorporated a gender lens on infrastructure in all workplaces.
