The consultation of R6 users shows a strong user case of the need to keep something going. And there might be a willingness to support a different business model but national agencies aren't really that interested in funding it. #alerc18

Talking about Darwin Core and how the NBN Atlas uses it keeps throwing up interesting tangents of the data management quirks we all live with. The ideal is that we'll all use the same standards eventually, but until then... #NBNConf18
