AAU South Region 19: Shot PR - 59'10" 🚨 Had a great day at our regional meet yesterday, with over a foot PR in shot, i'm closing in on 60! Ended up getting 3rd in shot, and winning disc off a rough day. JO's soon!

AAU Junior Olympics: Disc 192'11" (PR) Had a great two days in Humble with a huge pr in disc, and two big fouls for both throws, with a 60m + in disc and a 64' in shot.
