Over the summer I was working on hitting inside and outside, mainly focusing on inside since I struggle with that.

My sister was soft tossing to me. I rolled my hands on the ones that were grounders and I also need to sit back more as I’m making contact with the ball. Great BP though!!!

Worked on stopping at extension for inside and outside pitches.

Here are some highlights of my fielding this past weekend. The first game I was struggling with fielding and was bobbling the balls at shortstop. Second game I turned it around and made two good plays at shortstop!

Today I went out to the field with my catching coach (love her so much)!!! I worked on a bit of batting and my catching (throw-downs, pop-ups, and blocking). In this clip I’m doing the 5 star blocking drill. I need more working going to the right, overall it was a good practice!!

This past weekend my team won Runner-Up in the Silver Championship. This weekend was one of my best weekends so far and I’m so excited for next season. This past weekend, I guest played with Rumble 18u-Black. My performance at the plate was a .500 OBP and OPS. I maintained a 1.000 fielding percentage while playing Centerfield. Overall, it was a successful weekend and I appreciated the opportunity to guest play with this team.
