Our Haiku of the Week gives us vibrant shades of pink against the pure white of the snow. Beautiful, thank you Natalie. Are you feeling inspired as we're starting to see little hints of spring? 🌷🌸🌿 Then why not put pen to paper and embrace the creative power of the haiku!

I'm celebrating the arrival of Autumn in London. The temperatures have dropped and the leaves have already started to change. What are you most looking forward to about autumn?

The theme of today's tea session is tales from the forest. Last week I spent some time immersing myself in one of England's most beautiful and ancient forests. With every step I took, I could feel my mind grow quiet and my body relax as my cortisol levels lowered.

I can't quite believe it, but I leave for Japan in less than a week! A reusable water bottle and travel chopsticks are my #sustainabletravel essentials.
