The most awful experience with #RAC #racbreakdown I broke down and after a 4.5 hour wait was told to drive home when the turbo blew. In total it took over 31 hours to be recovered. Been waiting 3 weeks for complaints response as I desperately need my van fixed being #selfemployed

Just to say- don’t use RAC Care ! Been a whole month since the ordeal of breaking down and being told by #RAC to drive for the turbo to then blow up on me! It was very frightening and distressing. Just frustrated I can’t get any answers! #breakdown #selfemployed #challenging
