Students explored the concept of refraction with flashlights and prisms to make rainbows during science today! My investigators even used mirrors and water bottles as tools to experiment! They had some neat findings 🌈🪞🔦

Piedmont Wildlife Center joined us for an in-house field trip experience today and taught us all about animals that are native to NC! This was such a fun way to introduce our next EL module, which focuses on animal adaptations 🦉🦅🐍🐢
