Had a convo with someone who didn't know this so here's an annual reminder. If you're a URM undergrad, grad, or postdoc in a lab with a major NIH grant (including DP1, DP2, DP4, DP5, R00, R01, R03, R15, R21, R35, etc) you can possibly apply for a diversity supplement. Why do it?
