🌟 Lets give Fat Tomato a warm Wexford welcome 🌟 A new honesty shop has opened in the past couple of weeks stocked with a range of products, from limited-edition jars and bottles to colourful herbs, vegetables, rainbow eggs, edible plants, and more

We are enjoying the sunshine when it appears 🌞 Honesty shop now has a fridge - stocked with kombucha, water kefir, pesto, cucumber pickle and salad leaves. There are a few new potted plants too - pineapple sage, dill, strawberry mint, trailing rosemary, cardoon and lovage.

I'm having so much fun with my Fat Tomato horticulture project. Lots of ups and downs with the pesky weather but we will get there

🚨New product alert 🚨 We have been cooking with many Damsons lately, making delicious new products and flavours. We have just placed a few bottles of Damson and Honey Cordial in the honesty shop.

We are having a fun week here at Fat Tomato. It is getting very close to the launch of our online store. We spent another day with the fabulous Kirsty Lyons, taking beautiful images of our bottle and jar collection. Can you guess what is in the jar?

We are excited to announce that we are now selling cultured butter from our good friends at SaltRock Dairy, located 15 minutes up the road, in our honesty shop.

Good morning from the garden. The hens are so happy today, eating scraps from the polytunnel. We are clearing the summer crops of tomatoes, cucumbers, and squash and planting onions and greens for the winter/spring months.

Our new Kombucha flavour is very popular among customers. We've received lots of great feedback - some drinking it in their wine glasses in the evening!

What a week it's been preparing the final touches for our online shop-launching next week. Expect lots of products from our garden/kitchen pantry. We will have a limited range of gift boxes and a few mature Christmas puds! Some products added to the honesty shop this morning 👇

It's been a little over a week since we launched our online shop, and the support from people across the island of Ireland has been amazing. We even had requests for deliveries to the UK, Singapore and Australia! Thank you 🙏
