Different is the Value Something that separates elite pitchers from average is they look at adjustments (mechanics, pitch arsenals, sequencing, etc.) from a goal to maximize their competitive advantage. Look through the lens of what sets you apart. Don’t just chase a trend.

Make changes with as little cueing as possible. Of course we make sure guys are doing exercises correctly, but many times less is more. The assessment process gives us puzzle pieces, put them together and program change. Create athletic freedom!

Daily Q/A: "What is a common reason for hitting a plateau?" A common theme we see in athletes plateauing is simple, they are not recovering well enough. In training it is more common to not be reaching Supercompensation due to lack of recovery then not working hard enough.
