We're organising a workshop on statistical genomics jointly with Mohit Kumar Jolly Jakob Skou Pedersen in August 16-19, 2023. If you're an early-career researcher interested to participate, please check this page ncbs.res.in/events/sg-meet… for more details. Registration deadline: 30th June 2023

I'm having lots of fun teaching a Statistical Genomics Course at the beautiful National Centre for Biological Sciences, India, together with Sabarinathan Radhakrishnan, Mohit Kumar Jolly, @SimonGrundSorensen, and others. Thanks to Dept. of Molecular Medicine Aarhus University Global Innovation Network Programme (ufm dk).

A few days back, we hosted Rishi Valley School National Centre for Biological Sciences . I designed my first module for school kids on mutations. And it was so much fun! I have realized in these almost 2 months at the institute that researchers love to communicate. (1/n)

Onkoslab under the spotlight on the final day of #EMBLCanGen. Kudos to Sabarinathan Radhakrishnan, faseela ee and Anurag for their amazing work on the relation between chromatin architecture and somatic mutagensis in cancer. So proud!
