11 F3Omaha were F3 Omaha OSCAR MIKE at F3TheCanyon for a GORUCK style beatdown. Somehow, we rucked 2.3 miles but spent a lot of time doing ruck based exercises and mostly on stairs 👀

These 37 HIM of F3Omaha battled through all the adversity today at F3HalfwayHouse! Early morning, potential rain, confusing routes, bugs, hills and any other personal struggles today, were all left in the dust, as we tried to ignore the negatives and focus on the positive!
