Could be a while before a list of temperatures top these, but only time will tell. The 35.4°C at Terra Nova not only ties its all-time local record, it marks the warmest ever recorded during June at any official #nlwx station on the island of Newfoundland. 🌡️

The climatological summer months are now behind us, and the numbers show JJA 2024 delivered exceptional warmth. Numerous #NLwx sites finishing with the highest mean temperatures ever recorded for the season – in many cases just a couple of years after achieving their last record!
