Demodulating EUMETSAT MTG-I1 raw data @ 26Ghz received in Panska Ves. It is 188M OQPSK 1/2 and RS I=5. Unfortunately, it is encrapted. It's very disappointing considering it's supposed to be public life-saving data... S-Band is not encrypted.
