ICE and DHS have hit Boyle Heights, DTLA/Fashion District, Chinatown, Inglewood, and Paramount in the last seven days. Each time, they’ve faced resistance from the community. This is not a Republican or Democrat thing—this type of coordination by these agents is systemic.

what’s out of control is how ICE can come to our city and kidnap family members while LAPD and LASD cooperate with them. if you are more upset by protesters and not ICE kidnapping people, you are on the wrong side

In order for us to leave the tear gas we had to move pass the LASD skirmish line. LASD told us to they had to search our bags in order for us to leave. Lexis-Olivier Ray

That’s me & my news/security crew getting shot at. Deputies started firing pepper balls at us after a man in a mask and a hoodie ran around our news van, picked up broken tiles at our feet and started throwing them at deputies. Luckily we’re all okay. KCAL News

Condemning Russia’s “worst attack since the war began” — while showing the result of American bombs in Gaza — is pretty shocking, even by legacy media standards
