It was great to present "6G as a Sensor: Repurposing 140 GHz Wireless Signals for AI-Driven Sensing" at the Columbia University AI Summit on using a Bell Labs 140 GHz channel sounder to jointly sense and communicate at 11 street corners in NYC, detecting vehicles with 2° resolution.

I presented a paper at IEEE INFOCOM'25 in London! With Bell Labs we measured 1,400+ links across 35 streets of Around-Corner/Over-Top 28 GHz mmWave propagation in NYC. Our path loss model outperformed industry-standard 3GPP-UMi-NLOS by 5.5dB RMSE. tinyurl.com/epx7s3ds
