Postdoc applications now open! 👉 Details: github.com/simozacca/simo… 👉 Role: Computational method development for scDNA in metastasis 👉 Location: CCG group (ucl.ac.uk/cancer/researc…) in UCL Cancer Institute CRUK Lung Centre #TRACERx 👉 Apply: bit.ly/3zby6t6 👉 Deadline: 26th June

We're thrilled to share work on tumour evolution in 421 TRACERx lung cancer patients by Alex Frankell Michelle Dietzen Maise Al Bakir Emilia Lim Takahiro Karasaki Sophie Ward RajuVeeriah Emma Colliver Ariana Huebner Abi Bunkum Simone Zaccaria @MariamJHanjani Nicholas McGranahan🧵⬇️ nature.com/articles/s4158…

Our method for reconstructing tumour phylogeny, CONIPHER, is now out in Nature Protocols! We used CONIPHER to reconstruct over 400 trees in TRACERx. Thanks to co-authors Ariana Huebner Abi Bunkum Emma Colliver Alex Frankell and supervisors Nicholas McGranahan Simone Zaccaria Charles Swanton!

1 in 2 people will get cancer in their lifetime. Our CCG Lab at UCL Cancer Institute'll run Cancer Research UK Muddy Race this May to highlight the importance of funding cancer research Science and Innovation at Cancer Research UK and improving patient outcomes. Please support us if you can! #RaceforLife 👉fundraise.cancerresearchuk.org/team/ccg-lab

As a proud Science and Innovation at Cancer Research UK funded lab Computational Cancer Genomics (CCG) Research Group, we ran the Cancer Research UK Pretty Muddy #RaceforLife !
