Off to Venice, Italy tomorrow! I am pleased to announce a tour with my Italian trio project, Big Bang Theory! Featuring Stefano Olivato on bass and harmonica and Davide Raggazoni on drums. First gig: Trieste!  See you there!!

Oh wow! I have never been to the Dolomites before (part of the Alps). We played a small theater way up in the mountains! Folks were tripping. 😜

Jan Hammer redefined synth soloing with the Minimoog, creating a new musical language. His solo on “Le Lis” is legendary, and playing with him at Moogfest 2007 was an unforgettable honor. His influence is timeless!

Wow, that was a fun ProgStock event! After performing with Jane Getter Premonition I sat in with PAKT, the all-star all-improv band, with Percy Jones on bass, Tim Motzer and Alex Skolnick on guitars and Kenny Grohowski on drums. My keys were still set up, so woo hoo, let's play!

Grover Washington Jr.'s Winelight (1980) blended jazz and R&B, setting the template for smooth jazz. I had the honor of playing with Grover for 3 years—an incredible artist who mastered every sax he touched!

The Doors' debut album changed rock music and my life. "Light My Fire" launched them into stardom, but it's "The End" that still stands out as a groundbreaking and unforgettable track.
