Even when meassured on TCCD, 6-7% patients after successful EVT show residual hypoperfusion. This matches what we saw as "microvascular hypoperfusion" on perfusion maps 🎨 Happy to see more evidence on post-EVT changes in microvasculature! pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/39145382/
