In Elad Gil's new book, High Growth Handbook, Marc Andreessen (Marc Andreessen 🇺🇸) says new companies should hire an HR lead btw 50-150 employees. I couldn’t agree more - and might even argue sooner than that. HR is a critical driver for growth and should have a voice as early as possible.
