Another win for ICH in 2023! The ANNEXa-I trial led by PHRI.ca Population Health Research Institute 🇨🇦 has been halted for meeting its pre-specified stopping criteria for superior hemostatic efficacy with andexanet alfa vs. usual care in patients with oral FXa inhibitor-associated ICH. #neurotwitter #stroke



I'm pleased that our phase 2 clinical trial, BLOC-ICH, is now out! BLOC is the first trial of anakinra in intracerebral hemorrhage with further data to come from the ongoing ACTION study in the Netherlands. Many thanks to all involved! @SchreuderFloris journals.sagepub.com/doi/10.1177/23…
