A recent RCT of intubated patients with septic shock requiring pressors found that a ketamine bolus (1 mg/kg) provided improved hemodynamics compared to a fentanyl bolus (1 mcg/kg). -86 participants randomized -Must have been intubated with septic shock requiring pressors

It has been refreshing to operate with the über talented residents Sanford Health UND Surgery and perhaps some of this talent is explained by Ryan Beard, DO being held by Chuck Norris as a baby. The only thing greater than hands touched by god are hands touched by Chuck Norris.

I think robot cholecystectomy can provide benefit in carefully selected patients. But it should not be the default choice.
