This morning at BK Arena, President Kagame and Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) President David Lappartient will flag off the 17th edition of Rwanda Cycling Tour also known as ‘Tour du Rwanda’. In September this year, Rwanda will host the 2025 UCI Road World Championships.
