Thanks to Laura Vicinanza Inclusion London for raising the needs of older people at the recent #AssemblyHousing. Laura noted how accessible housing is an issue affecting the whole of society, how we are all ageing and likely to need an accessible home at some time in our lives🏠

📮We've been working behind the scenes, writing to Post Office to ensure the vital services provided by branches are maintained. Post Offices are a lifeline to many older people. You can read more in this blog by Campaigns Support Officer, Elodie, here: ageuk.org.uk/london/publica…

Thank you Seema Malhotra MP, Action for Race Equality, Windrush National Organisation WNO. W.Movement UK, BlackEquityOrg and Justice for Windrush Generations for a really valuable meeting of the APPG for Ageing and Older People. There were important discussions on how to support older Windrush survivors in accessing justice.

Yesterday we joined CSA at the #ShowUsYouCare parliamentary drop-in to discuss the urgent need for social care reform. Thanks to Anna Dixon MP for Shipley, Emily Holzhausen CBE, our campaigners & staff (pictured), as well as the many MPs, older people and supporters who joined us.
